Talent Acquisition Manager, Singapore, Asset Management

This role is a fantastic opportunity to lead recruitment for a highly rated asset management business in major growth. As part of a newly created team, this role will have significant impact on the business.

Key responsiblities:

• End to end recruitment of all levels of employees, including critical investments positions, working with key stakeholders to deliver timely recruitment solutions
• Partnering with hiring managers to ensure top talent joins their teams and providing them with ongoing guidance and advisory support
• Proactively providing market intelligence regarding hiring trends as well as researching competitive markets and peer organizations
• Being forward focused and pipelining for critical positions and future needs
• Ensuring smooth onboarding process for all new joiners

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• 6-10 years experience in recruiting and/or recruiting management experience
• Experience gained in asset management, investments, fund management or private equity
• Experience in candidate sourcing, end to end recruiting and employment branding
• Top stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with challenging personalities effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills, being able to work with employees of all levels
• Commitment to quality, experience and successfully redesigning processes
• A great team player and can-do attitude with an entreprenurial approach
