职位描述

Our client, a leading medical device compnay is seeking a Sales Training Manager to be a member of their National Training team. Profile Search & Selection is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

1. Work closely with national training manager and sales and marketing team to create, execute, evaluate specific learning and development projects for real business needs

2. Deliver training for sales, marketing teams and also our distributors

3. Help national sales manager to identify the business needs to increse productivity of teams

4. Measure the effectiveness of related training programs and tools

5. Partner with RSM and SM to ensure our reps have capabilities to meet both short/long term business goals, especially focus on new or high potential rep

6. Work with RSM and SM to analyze evolving business opportunities/issues and develop region-specific training workshops/processes to promote areas sales strategies

7. Take on additional projects as assigned by national training manager and/or regional business manager

8. Work closely with national training manager or sales management team leader in the design, development and delivery of field training programs for new product launches, existing products and skill training; participate in the delivery of training

Requirements:

1. Industry experiences:

+ 3 years of medical devices or pharmaceutical sales experience required

2. Position experiences:

  • Minimum 3 or above year working experience as sales manager in large joint venture medical devices company
  • Sales training experience is preferred

3. Language Skills

  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)

4. Computer Skills:

  • Equivalent Microsoft office software skills

5. Mobility:

  • Willing to travel

6. Other Special requirement:

  • Strong passion and willingness in training development
  • Postitive thinking and mindset
  • Good understanding of business and product knowledge
  • Strong communication and presentation skill
  • Strong teamwork spirit
  • Autonomy/Independence, Assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essential
