Our Client, an international educational group, is seeking a Merger & Acquisition Transactions Manager due to the group's ambitious expansion plans in the region.
In this role, you will be leading the completion of a merger and acquisition transaction from an operational and financial perspective. You will be responsible for analysing return-on-investment, developing valuation models, managing the due diligence process coordinating with external advisors as well as preparing and presenting board papers for signing off. You will also be task to report on acquisitions which will include expansion, greenfield and other strategic projects.
A suitable candidate will have at least a Bachelor's Degree, with a CPA/CFA/MBA qualification and at least 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, investments, financial advisory or in-house M&A or Strategy. You will be successful if you are someone who is hands-on with strong communication skills.
