You will possess a broad range of skills and be able to scope and communicate about all aspects of CRM, including strategy, technology, data and segmentation, personalisation of tools and analytics for users, content management, and the integration of CRM data with other systems such as advertising networks, brand websites, and email marketing systems. In the current state where some of these capabilities do not exist, you will be responsible for establishing a vision, securing talent, establishing organisational design, and building these business capabilities to support their enablement objectives.

Be passionate about the effective use of Sales Enablement and data/insight capabilities platforms to support business growth across APAC, solve unique problems that have a broad impact on the business across the region.
Lead the development of a Distribution Enablement strategy for APAC Distribution and coordinate globally to advance aligned strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Distribution Intelligence team in their engagements with APAC, acting as a local partner to the APAC Leadership Team and the Baltimore based Distribution Intelligence team.
  • Serve as a primary source of authoritative advice in the region on best practices in using SalesForce, and all Sales Client Relationship Management activities enabled by it; as well as for other Sales Enablement capabilities.
  • Take the lead for creating awareness and adoption of relevant capabilities, as well as in facilitating work with APAC management/stakeholders to drive decision making and prioritisation of new feature/functionality
  • Manage team members that support the local user adoption and CRM/data platform support.
  • Partner with CRM and Operational Data Platform and other teams to align initiatives and direction in-region.
  • Partner with Business Management to define end to end sales management processes, support delivery of distribution KPIs, and enhance sales associate adoption of key enablement tools.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact in the region for Marketing Enablement, partnering with the Marketing
  • Enablement Lead Team to ensure sales and marketing initiatives are aligned in the region. This includes regional implementation work of their Global Lead Management program, where they connect insights from multiple client capabilities to create actionable insights to support sales and service.
  • Be accountable for the delivery of agreed sales and marketing enablement change initiatives across APAC.
  • May represent APAC sales leadership in global programs such as Lead Management and Business Capability Model assessments touching Distribution.

Required experience:

  • Experience with CRM systems and application
  • Bachelors degree and 10 years of related work experience
  • Knowledge of Asset Management in general and Sales and Client Management specifically; Strong situational analysis, consultative skills and decision-making abilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp business issues and understand business strategy
  • Effective strategic thinking, planning and visioning capabilities
  • Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organisation with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus/commitment
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and drive to clarity in responsibilities with business partners, as well as teammates
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the strategy, experience design, technology, sales and relationship

Preferred experience:

  • Master's degree with 10 years of related work experience
