Our client is a successful and forward-thinking company in the hospitality sector which has powered through recent times with future-ready solutions. They are further ramping up their transformation and growth agenda and are looking to welcome a passionate HRBP with strong recruitment experience into their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- 60%: Lead and facilitate full-spectrum end-to-end hospitality hiring for Singapore
- 40%: Act as trusted HR advisor and partner to the business
- Leverage various channels, including social media channels to develop relationships with external candidates and talent pools.
- Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with HR and business stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of relevant recruitment and HR management experience
- Demonstrated background in hands-on end-to-end recruitment in the hospitality/food & beverage/catering sectors
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well across all levels
