When Retained Executive Search is not the most suitable solution, we offer an Exclusive Contingent Selection service, on a no-win, no-fee basis. The flexibility of this offering is our commitment to partnering with you to provide solutions best suited to your needs and appropriate to our capabilities.
Our Selection solution utilises a combination of methods including research-driven approaches, using our extensive candidate database and our consultants' regional networks, as well as discrete advertising. Whilst this approach is a robust solution to your needs, it does not go into the granular level of research of a Retained Search, and a supporting report and/or market map does not feature.
What are the deliverables?
This approach is a faster solution to an immediate need, and one that fully utilises the knowledge and experience of our search team. Our senior consultants and research team will deliver a shortlist of candidates within an agreed timeline, which is often much shorter than the Retained Executive Search approach, along with detailed bios and compensation data on each candidate, and comment on their suitability within their peer group.
When to use this approach?
Executive Contingent Selection suits an assignment where the full scale mapping exercise is not necessary, or when the level of hire is not as senior. We advise clients to use this approach when they need to access available talent in a timely manner. This is the best approach when hiring into a market area that is familiar to both Profile and the client, and when the hire may be less sensitive and the need for complete control of market confidentiality is less of a priority.
