Job Description

Our client is a leading Financial Services firm working in several countries in the Asia Pacific region. With continued commitment to adapting to the changing times, they would like to bring in a top-tier Talent Management & OD professional to join them in the regional office here in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Development, Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for a range of talent activities - including driving and collaborating on organizational change projects in the region. This role will be involved in a broad range of activities from ongoing Executive Development plans and Cultural Change projects, to rolling out the new Performance Management programmes and driving Diversity & Inclusion projects in the region. This role encompasses working with business leaders and forging strong relationship with HR business partners in the various countries.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with relevant experience in Talent Development / Organization Development roles, ideally gained within sizable multinational organisations. A strong knowledge of the region will be required as is fluency in English. Above all you must have the energy and gravitas to execute strategic initiatives and the passion, credibility and maturity to deal with senior management.
