Job Description

Our client is a leading investment bank with an unparalleled reputation across global markets. Poised at an exciting stage in their growth in Asia the need has arisen to hire a Compensation & Benefits specialist of the highest calibre to join their regional HR team in Hong Kong.

This position will have responsibility for all C&B issues relating across the bank. Specifically, you will be responsible, for providing strategic and operational C&B advisory services to key executives, for implementing and managing all benefits, long term incentive plans and retirement benefits for the region and for monitoring C&B trends, as well as effectively communicating the various C&B programs across the region, while interacting with the global organisation as well. You will also assist with the development and implementation of C&B strategies, prepare analysis, benchmarking and reports and actively work on various projects related to systems implementation as well.

To qualify, you will be a passionate HR professional with at least 5-8 years of experience, with an outstanding track record of Compensation & Benefits experience working within fast-paced multinational environments. Previous exposure to the financial services sector in Asia would a prerequisite. In addition, you must be highly agile, a team player, have high levels of integrity and business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills be able to be 'hands-on' when required. Above all you must have passion, initiative, gravitas and an energetic, confident, results-driven strategic approach. Trilingual (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential.
