Our client is a highly successful global financial services group. The need has arisen to hire a senior Human Resources professional of the highest calibre. This is a vital role focusing for design, management and implementation of diversified learning and training programmes.
Key L&D role across all levels within Corporate businesses
Reporting to the Regional Asia HR Head and representing the firm at cross-industry events, the main focus of this role is to manage the new Learning & Development platform for all programmes across businesses from junior talent through to executive professionals. Partnering with senior leaders, the job holder will build a solid understanding of the development needs through in-depth analysis. In addition, the incumbent will be involved in a diverse range of L&D activities including the facilitation of soft skills programmes, vendor management, budget/expense management as well as identification of strategic issues.
To qualify, you will be a passionate HR professional, preferably from Financial Services background, with an outstanding track record of creating and delivering training programmes, running FS L&D initiatives and managing diverse vendor and stakeholder groups. In addition, you must be highly agile, a team player, have high levels of integrity and business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills be able to be 'hands-on' when required. Above all you must have passion, initiative, gravitas and a confident, results-driven approach.
