Job Description

The team is bringing alignment across all products, streamlining the digital entry points for their clients, optimising market connectivity, and capturing thought leadership and trend-watching to ensure Global Markets remains at the forefront of the latest technology trends.

The role is to implement and drive the e-Product strategy within Asia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive adoption, both internally and externally, of the GM product set.
  • Develop a strategy for product rollouts, training and knowledge sharing within the Asia region.
  • Manage relationships with Asia Sales and Trading business.
  • Manage relationships with Asia Regulatory and Business Management stakeholders and ensure deployed products satisfy and support Local and Global business and regulatory policy.
  • Define business requirements, agree on combined priorities with the global team and contribute to the development of a multi-year roadmap for each product.
  • Work with the distribution teams, product specialists and IT to understand, support and optimise front to back workflows.
  • Management of the end-to-end product development process from requirements analysis and definition to User Experience design, technical specification, build, test and deployment.
  • Develop data analysis strategies to inform decisions on product development and business delivery.

Experience required:

  • Expert level experience of FX Product sets (e.g. Options, Cash, Algo, Payments)
  • Good understanding of wider GM product sets (e.g. Rates, Enablement, CRM, Regulatory)
  • Ability to delve into topics at a very detailed level and fully own and resolve complex business issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a front office environment whilst also remaining part of a tight global team.
  • Excellent awareness of the wider digital and eCommerce landscape
  • Experience in providing management and sponsorship of IT delivery programmes
  • Financial Services/Investment Banking experience with a particular focus on regulatory pressures such as MiFID II, EMIR and Dodd-Frank would be beneficial.
