Job Description

Our client is a listed Asian company with a strong presence globally which has built its brand based on the quality of its services.

Based in Singapore, the role will report into and work closely with the Head of C&B who is tasked with leading the design and development of a new Group reward strategy, philosophy and policies. Your role will be to support them in the delivery and maintenance of such programs across the company.

Working as part of a small team you will be responsible for all C&B matters from salary to incentive plans, reward and recognition programs, pensions and other benefits. This a key role which requires someone who can work across multiple functional divisions with strong influencing capability.

Our client is looking for a well-rounded Rewards specialist preferably with a strong Asian Corporate or HR Consulting background with up to 10 years experience. You know what good HR looks like and are ready to help drive a sound Rewards strategy from the corporate headquarters. You will be a self-starter who is highly self-motivated, resilient and tenacious with a good track record in change management. You have the gravitas and confidence to interact, influence and convince senior stakeholders.
