Job Description

The Senior HR Director will be a key member of the Management team, is accountable for driving the people strategy, change management and organization designs. You will impact the company through effective leadership and guidance of the human resource function in areas such as talent and performance management, building effective talents pipelines, succession planning, benefits and compensation, and employee relations. Through actions, programs and policies, you will promote and champion the company's mission, values and goals.


  • Act as a strategic business partner to Management team and business heads, providing insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans of company
  • Implement business initiatives including and not limited to performance management, compensation practices, learning and development, and policies and procedures
  • Drive change and organization design in line with our business goals
  • Develop and drive appropriate HR transformation and change management plans in support of the company's strategy and priorities


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
  • A minimum of 10 to 15 years of Human Resources experience in progressively responsible leadership/management roles; 10 years' experience managing people
  • High-level business acumen
  • Resilient and comfortable working and leading in a changing and dynamic environment
  • Excellent understanding of the changing HR environment, best practices and emerging trend
