Job Description

Our client is a highly successful US multinational market leader with a strong global network of operations firm and a sizeable presence in Asia Pacific. Poised at an exciting stage in their business growth, the need has arisen to hire a senior Talent Acquisition professional of the highest calibre to join their regional team based in Hong Kong.

This key position will report into the APAC Director of Talent Acquisition and be responsible for establishing a best practice recruitment function across Asia Pacific in line with business objectives. This organisation is set to grow extensively and this role must facilitate this by providing the framework for and drive full-cycle recruitment process for the region. This will involve aligning selection methodologies, advising ahead of the growth curve to meet talent needs, identifying the most efficient sourcing channels and being a champion of the employer brand. You will also be actively involved in the hands-on recruitment process besides also managing a team of self sufficient recruiter; as well as to work closely with the business to understand their needs and expedite their recruitment processes, as well as to provide advice and guidance on creative and effective solutions to achieve the organisational objectives in the coming year, whilst also building a talent pipeline. Helping to develop and maintain the company's recruitment page on social media is also required.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with a consistent strong track record of experience working in hands-on recruitment positions from multinational matrixed organisations with volume hiring needs. You must be a self-starter with a results orientated approach as well as excellent interpersonal, presentation and multi-tasking skills. In addition to this you must a high level of initiative and the ability to drive and lead change in a fast paced environment. Above all, you must have the passion, resilience, energy and credibility to deal with a challenging, set-up role. Bilingual fluency (English and Cantonese) is essential.
