Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, Singapore, Asset Management

This role is an exciting opportunity to take on a newly created role in a tight knit, collaborative, high performing HR team for a top global asset management brand.

In this role you'll lead recruitment activities across the APAC region with responsiblity for establishing succession plans and training activities to help the teams and top talent develop.

Key responsiblities:

  • End to end recruitment of top talent for an organisation which has real pride in the employees they bring in
  • Building relationships with your internal stakeholders, balancing priorities and guiding them on market insight to make strong talent decisions
  • Keeping the ATS and relevant documentation updated to ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Searching and selecting candidates in the most effective way including using LinkedIn, job board platforms, networks and referrals
  • Partnering with hiring managers on compensation & benefits and other aspects relevant to the employment contract in order to ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Working with external agencies where necessary, using to data to monitor success patterns and areas for improvement
  • Partnering with the HRBPs and global HR teams on talent development and management initiatives, identifying trainings needs and implementing project plans
  • Regularly assessing the training and development practices, ensuring they're fit for purporse and positively impacting across the business

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Experience in end to end recruitment, ideally from an asset management, private equity, funds or investments background
  • Strong sourcing methodologies and the ability to manage multiple requisitions at any one time
  • Experience running recruitment independently, with a strong grasp of time management, prioritisation and fitting the TA plans to deliver to the business needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills, being able to work with and engage stakeholders of all levels
  • Experience and interest in talent management and development, with the confidence to take on projects and roll out global initiatives
  • A great team player and can-do attitude
