Job Description

Our client is one of the world largest manufacturer of semiconductors component. As one of the market leaders within the industry and with manufacturing operations and offices across different parts of Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa and U.S, our client is an internationally renowned brand name. As a result of a continuous business expansion here in their Singapore office, they are now seeking to hire a Regional Sales Specialist.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Sales, you will be responsible for coordinating distributor activities across China, Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan and Philippines. You are also responsible for supporting sales forecast through oracle and work with the various supply chain to ensure sufficient stock to support sales. You will also be responsible in planning and running marketing programs with distributors to promote the company products within the allocated budget. You will also support and organize worldwide nationwide and international competitions. You will also be involved in managing exhibition booths and road shows at conferences. You will also be responsible for planning and running workshops across Asia to promote new products technology and after sales support training. You will also manage sponsorships, email marketing and advertisements. You will also work with other various government education agencies to help promote awareness of products and technologies. You will also conduct workshops across various countries and also help to provide technical support and advice for distributors, schools and teachers. You will be responsible for organizing training for instructors and also manage their presentations at conferences. You will also manage the product feedback through the instructors and convey the feedback to the product development team.

Ideally you possess a degree in mathematics and have at least 3 years of experience teaching in secondary schools or junior college. The ability to front and support administrative duties include sales and marketing is high advantageous. The ability to travel will a key requirement for this role.
