The position has arisen as a result of the firm's commitment to strong growth in the Asian region and presents an exciting opportunity for dynamic recruitment professional to be part of the growth of a global brand.

Reporting into the Global Head of TA, the role will be responsible for establishing a best practice recruitment function across Asia Pacific in line with business objectives. This organisation is set to grow extensively and this role must facilitate this by providing the framework for and help drive regional resourcing activities. This will involve aligning selection methodologies, advising ahead of the growth curve to meet talent needs, identifying the most efficient sourcing channels and being a champion of the employer brand. You will also be actively involved in the hands-on recruiting and work closely with the business to understand their needs and expedite their recruitment processes, as well as to provide advice and guidance on creative and effective solutions to achieve the organisational objectives in the coming year.

To qualify, you must be degree educated with solid Talent Acquisition experience working in matrixed organisations across all industries, preferably from financial institutions, professional services/management consultancies and/or technology firms. In addition to regional exposure, China recruitment experience will be a strong advantage. You must have a 'hands-on' and results orientated approach as well as excellent interpersonal, presentation and multi-tasking skills. In addition to this you must a high level of initiative and the ability to drive and lead change in a fast paced environment. Fluency in English is essential with Cantonese and Mandarin being considered advantageous. Above all, you must have the passion, resilience, energy and credibility to deal with a challenging, set-up role.
