It has a team of forward looking and progressive business and HR leaders who are constantly looking at ways to transform themselves.

In its continuous pursuit of operational efficiency, our client is looking for an experienced and committed HR leader to build a solutions driven HR Shared Services team.

This role is based in the west of Singapore. It will lead a HR Shared Services team of 15. Key responsibilities include :

- standardizing processes in payroll, employee life cycle activities, benefits administration and employee enquiries

- delivery of HR services and management of employee information and records in an accurate, consistent, timely and efficient manner

- ensuring compliance to company policies and employment/legal legislations

- partnering with HR and business stakeholders to build a solutions driven culture

- working with HRIS team to roll out system enhancements and new technologies

We are looking for :

- 8 or more years of relevant HR Shared Services Experience

- working experience in SAP and SuccessFactors

- knowlege of Payroll administration

- solutions driven mindset, good comminication skills, leadership and team management experience
