Poised at an exciting stage in their growth in Asia, the need has arisen to recruit a senior HR professional of the highest calibre, to join their team in Hong Kong. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Compensation & Benefit professional to become part of a highly professional organization with a well-established presence in Asia Pacific.

Reporting to the Head of HR, and as a key member of the regional C&B team, this position will have responsibility for all C&B issues relating to Asia. Specifically, you will be responsible for providing advisory to the business on C&B issues, reviewing and developing current C&B programmes, carrying out annual cycle activities, monitoring C&B trends, as well as effectively communicating the various C&B programmes across the region. Acting on a consultative basis, extensive liaison is required internally on a senior level and strong relationships will also need to be developed with external vendors.

The successful candidate will be a degree qualified HR professional with at least 10 years of relevant experience from working with HR in best practice, complex and matrix environments in an Asia Pacific capacity. There will be an advisory emphasis to the role but you must also have the ability to be 'hands-on' work as required. In addition, You will need to be able to demonstrate visible thought and client leadership and have an ability to influence senior stakeholders both in HR and the business. The ability to work in a highly-paced and ambiguous environment with minimal direct oversight will be key to your success. Excellent English language skills are a must, with Cantonese and Mandarin being considered advantageous. Above all, you must have the passion, energy, credibility and maturity to deal with a dynamic role in a challenging environment.
