Job Description

Our client is an European MNC with a strong global network of operations across the market. With continuous growth in the region, an exciting opportunity has now arisen for an HR professional to join them in their Hong Kong office.

Reporting into the Head of HR, this well-established hybrid position will work closely with the senior executives to build up and maintain the organisation's people capability across their Asian operations. You will act as an advisor to the business on the full spectrum of HR to support the overall business objectives. More specifically you will provide strategic advice and support relating to recruitment at all levels. There will be a project element to the role within the context of a change mandate.

To qualify you must be an exceptionally commercial and high-calibre degree qualified candidate with a stable resume and solid recruitment/business partnering experience working with an MNC. Greater China coverage being considered highly advantageous. You will need to be able to demonstrate visible thought and client leadership and have an ability to influence senior stakeholders both in HR and the business. In addition, you must have a 'hands-on' and results orientated approach, excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of integrity and business acumen and the ability to drive and lead change. Above all you must have passion, gravitas and a confident, results-driven approach. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential with Cantonese being considered advantageous.
