Senior HR Manager, Singapore, Financial Services

This is a brilliant role for an autonomous, forward-thinking HR Manager to have real impact on the team and the key business population-based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading a small HR team for the Singapore office across all areas of generalist HR including administration, talent acquisition, engagement, performance management and reward
  • Overseeing payroll including vendor management to ensure all runs smoothly
  • Managing the entire talent piece, from recruitment to onboarding, to career path creation and succession planning
  • Ensuring HR data is kept accurately
  • Working with business leaders to drive the People Strategy aligned to business goals
  • Working with the wider international HR team on HR projects and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring the team have policies and procedures up to date and that yearly cycles of salary reviews, appraisals, benefits etc. are run effectively and always built upon

Key requirements:

  • c.10 years of relevant HR experience, ideally gained within banking or financial institutions
  • Experience in managing a small team effectively
  • Strong written and spoken Chinese language skills
