You will be responsible for driving the HR strategy in the region by working closely with both Regional and School Management to support change initiatives, providing a pro-active and technically sound HR service, to facilitate legal compliance in each jurisdiction and implement best practice initiatives.
You will be an experienced HR leader with a t least 10 years of experience. You will be particularly strong in Compensation and Benefits and will be tasked with devising a C&B Strategy which supports business needs cost effectively whilst also enabling a competitive position to be maintained and which fits with the broader Group agenda. You will also provide direct support and coaching to Head teachers and Senior Leadership and work closely with each of them and their respective teams as a trusted partner, bringing insight and advice relating to people management issues. You will also lead the delivery of the Company's people practices in Asia including talent assessment and planning, organization design and development. You will manage local HR staff in Hong Kong, Thailand and Vietnam and manage HR integration of acquisitions.
