Our client is a leading financial services firm in Asia. To support its rapid growth and to ensure its competitiveness, it has embarked on a transformation journey to better engage its clients and employees and to prepare for a fast changing business landscape.
Reporting to the regional head of HR, you will support the Technology and Operations team. You will play a key role in providing business and people focussed and solutions driven advice that will prepare the team in its challenging transition into new systems, processes and operating model. You will work with key business and HR stakeholders to develop and operationalise strategic HR initiatives and to realise the business and people goals of the transformation journey.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong change managment experience and understanding of people related impact of system and process changes. This is an individual contributor role which requires strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and gain buy-in. Experience in the financial services industry is not a must although working knowledge of technology and operations will be advantageous.
