Job Description

They offer excellent career prospect within the group and a fun working culture. Currently, they are looking for a Sales Manager to manage their wholesale accounts in Greater China.

  • Accountable for the P&L and crafting sales strategy to optimize profitability and market share
  • Partner with business partners on new POS location, contract renewal negotiation, shop design and promotional campaign calendar
  • Foster a trusting relationship with travel retail operators, keep track of sales performance and inventory level, and negotiate for brand listing and visibility
  • Work with Regional Training Manager to prepare training materials and deliver trainings to Beauty Advisors to upskill their service level
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing team for marketing and promotional activities; maintain brand image standard at the POS
  • Develop a strong commercial sense by understanding the trend and consumer preference and analyzing sales data


  • A university degree holder with 8-12 years of sales or account management experience
  • Welcome candidates from luxury retail or B2B solution selling
  • Demonstrate strong account management and customer-centric mentality
  • Visionary, driven, result-oriented with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
