Job Description

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Owning and hitting/exceeding China sales targets (Quarterly/Half-Year/Annual) to support China growth plan
  • Develop and lead an omnichannel business strategy that best capture the business potential from fast retail environment changes
  • Developing and executing the strategic plan (key accounts, market segments, mass market) to achieve/exceed sales targets
  • Defining and executing the gap closure plan to achieve the targets whenever there will be the gap risk
  • Building, motivating, and maintaining strong, winning sales teams
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partnering with key customers and distribution to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Thoroughly understanding standard product market landscapes, trends, and competitions


  • Previous experience as a Sales Director of FMCG in China market, proven records of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Entrepreneurial with an innovative approach to business development and process to penetrate and establish new accounts, including both B&M and E-commerce channels
  • Strong desire for success with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors including geography and channel strategy
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • BA/BS degree or above, MBA preferred
