Our client is a fast-growing Fintech pioneer with an enviable reputation across the globe. Poised at an exciting stage in their growth in Asia, the need has arisen to recruit a senior Compensation & Rewards professional of the highest calibre, to join their team in Hong Kong or Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned C&B expert to become part of a highly professional organization with a well-established presence in Asia Pacific.
This position will have responsibility for all C&B issues at a global level. As a key subject matter expert of the Rewards functions the role provides strategic consultation and advisory support Specifically, the job holder will be responsible for designing and developing rewards programmes, driving and leading compensation projects, carrying out annual cycle activities, monitoring C&B trends, as well as effectively communicating the various C&B programmes across the group. Acting on a consultative basis, extensive liaison is required internally on a senior level and strong relationships will also need to be developed with external vendors.
You will have a strong proven track record of successful experience in Compensation, Rewards & Mobility, working within multinational organisations in an Asia Pacific capacity and within the financial services and/or technology sector. You will need to be able to demonstrate visible thought and client leadership and have an ability to influence senior stakeholders both in HR and the business. The ability to work in a highly-paced and ambiguous environment with minimal direct oversight will be key to your success. In addition, you must have high levels of integrity and business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills be able to be 'hands-on' when required. Above all you must have passion, gravitas and a confident, results-driven approach. Excellent English is a prerequisite.
