Our client is a leading global provider of human capital and management consulting services. This role will be responsible for revenue generation and business development, delivery of complex and large scale projects and management of client relationships individual consultants in Southeast Asia.
The Rewards Consultant will be a SME in areas such as:
- Performance Management
- Workforce Analytics
- Executive Compensation
- Incentive Plan Design
- Job Analysis and Evaluation
- Job Level Design
- Salary Structure Design
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 7 years of consulting experience in Compensation & Benefits and a good understanding of Singapore HR and Compensation practices. They will be a strong project manager with proven client and account managment skills. They will also provide direct line management of other consultatns and will coach and develop them.
