Job Description

Our client is a global medical devices company in the musculoskeletal healthcare industry seeking for a Regional Training Manager Asia Pacific to be part of their exciting team to bring innovative solutions that support surgeons and clinicians in alleviating pain and improving the quality of life for people.

You will be responsible for clinical support for clinical robotics portfolio in Asia Pacific. You will ensure successful pre-installation and post-installation clinical services of clinical robots and ensure comprehensive clinical services support and competency for all platforms across the Asia Pacific region.

You will be responsible for leading arthroplasty and spine surgeon certification prior to robot usage, training and certification of field clinical teams, collecting robotic clinical application cases, collecting robot clinical usage data and addressing clinical queries from the customers and teams. You will also be responsible for obtaining field clinical data to help improve the current and future robotic platforms.

Ideally, you have 5 to 8 years of clinical experience and background in operating rooms, medical imaging, robotics or arthroplasty highly preferred. You have some working knowledge of the various capital medical equipment that come into play with clinical robotics. You possess minimum Bachelor' Degree in a clinical field.

You possess the willingness to learn new and advanced robotics applications, imaging technology, implants and neurospine, diagnostic tools and technologies. You are strategic and result oriented with an ability to balance tactical work, process creation and clinical support. You have excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer relation skills. Able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities, and sustain a high level of energy and concentration in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
