Our client is a highly successful American luxury company with an enviable international brand name. The need has arisen to hire a Regional Senior TA Lead to join their office in Hong Kong.
The primary focus for this role plays a critical role in developing the regional recruitment strategy and executing the firm's overall talent acquisition strategy. This is a senior and critical position for the Group and will pose exciting challenges and opportunities for the successful candidate. The job holder will be leading a team regionally to help oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from end-to-end perspective, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, presenting, offering, to the onboarding process.
To qualify, you will be a passionate degree-educated HR professional with a stable track record within TA roles in multinational organisations, preferably across Retail/Luxury/FMCG industries. You will be an excellent communicator and able to build strong relationships quickly and effectively across all lines of the business. Above all you must be highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic with a strong team-player mentality and the gravitas and confidence to work within a challenging environment in a self-started and mature approach. Above all you must have passion, gravitas and a confident, results-driven approach. Trilingual fluency (English, Cantonese and Mandarin) is a prerequisite.
