Job Description

Our client is the world's largest provider of healthcare products seeking a Regional Sales Manager to be part of their dynamic organisation to ensure continuous sales growth and drive expansion in the Dental industry.

Reporting to Vice President of Sales, you will develop overall sales and marketing strategy to meet the organization's short and long-term business objectives. You will manage the performance of distributors and work with them to develop strategic direction, implement sales and marketing plans as well as establish sales and market share targets. You will execute and monitor strategic plan initiatives and monitor distributors' performance as well as ensure they achieve annual sales targets. You are the 'face' of the company to all distributors and take ownership in ensuring issues are addressed and act as the liaison to the HQ. You will anticipate changes in the marketplace and develop new approaches to target customers to address their needs. You will plan, monitor and analyse sales/market trends and sales results, customer behaviour and competitors' activities to identify market opportunities.

Ideally, you have more than 10 years of working experience with a minimum of 5 years in sales management and distribution management. You have proven high-performance sales track record and experience in the Dental industry is highly preferred. You possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Science or related discipline.

You are a self-starter with strong business acumen and excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, organization, presentation and coaching skills. You have strong influencing skills to build and motivate high-performance distributors and cross-functional teams. You are meticulous and analytical in thinking with attention to details and good follow-through skills. You are comfortable to interact with different cultures, distributors, different customers and global colleagues.
