Our client is a global optical product manufacturer looking for Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for Lights & Optics in South East Asia region.
You will pro-actively promote and sell standard and OEM products to Semiconductor manufacturers and high precision laser machine players. You will identify and contact prospective customers, build and strengthen through customer relationships as well as professionally present Lights & Optics and its capabilities and products in a value selling approach.
You will define and execute Marketing and Sales plan for South East Asia. You will also develop and execute dedicated sales campaigns and initiatives in the strategic target markets which includes Semiconductor, FPD, PCB and Consumer Electronics Capital equipment, as well as Consumer Electronics, Information and Communication Technology
Ideally, you will have at least 10 years professional experience in sales with proven track record in penetrating large accounts and at least 5 years working experience with European and/or US headquartered high tech companies. You possess an Engineering degree with work experience in commercial or, preferably, business administration degree with work experience in tech environment.
You possess sound business history in lasers/optics/materials applications for the Semiconductor/FPD manufacturing industries. Well established personal business network in South East Asia. Native Mandarin speaker with excellent written and oral English language skills is highly preferred.
You are highly motivated, self-driven and a strong communicator. Flexible to travel extensively within South East Asia and other regions.
