Job Description

Our client is a global MNC in the professional services sector. As part of the organization's continued growth, they are keen to identify a Regional Process Improvements and Integration Manager for the APAC region.


This individual will lead the business integration activities and serve as the manager for assigned projects, maintain timelines and ensure delivery dates across all workstreams. He/she will have a strong emphasis on the process and will be responsible for leading projects and facilitate changes. He/she will develop implementation plans that translate business requirements to operational specifications that deliver performance excellence. He/she will manage all internal and external stakeholders on key deliverables through a project lifecycle.


Ideally, the candidate possesses a Bachelor's Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience. He/she has a proven track record in managing process improvements and integration projects relating to business. He/she is driven and results-oriented and is a strong communicator with the maturity and gravitas to engage with the stakeholders internally and externally.
