Job Description

Our client is a highly regarded consulting firm, with a large presence across APAC. They are now looking to hire a Regional Payroll Manager who will be based in Hong Kong.

Reporting into the Head of Finance, the key purpose of this role will be to manage payroll on a regional basis, as well as working as part of the wider Finance and Human Resources teams. You will act as a specialist on all payroll-related matters, providing support and advice to the business. You will be managing and liaising with vendors for some jurisdictions, whilst preparing payroll in-house for others.

Degree qualified, you must have a minimum of six years' experience of payroll and HR operations experience, ideally on a regional basis. Financial or professional services experience is required. You will be technically strong and process orientated, as well as a proactive self-starter. You must be confident to work independently and have excellent attention to detail. Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese and English is essential.
