Due to their rapid expansion in Asia Pacific, they are now looking to recruit a Regional Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific to drive professional marketing efforts in the region.

In this position, you will report to the Marketing Director, Professional Marketing, Asia Pacific. As the APAC lead, you will develop and implement end-to-end marketing strategy for successful adoption of products in target segments and provide support to local marketing team for implementation. You will also collaborate closely with multiple stakeholders including Global/International project management teams, Asia Pacific and local marketing, sales training, clinical education and technical support teams.
Ideally you have minimum 12 years of working experience with more than 6 years of strategic marketing experience in medical devices industry. You have demonstrated track record in commercialization of products and brand management in the region and possess experience working with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, multi-cultural, fast-paced and highly matrix environment. You possess strategic thinking, analytical and strong implementation skills. Fluency in spoken and written communications skills in English, Chinese or Japanese is a plus.
The role can be based in Singapore, China, Korea and Hong Kong with more than 30% travel frequency.
