Job Description
This is a newly created role with a client who is a key player in the energy sector. You will manage a team and be responsible for all learning and development programs for APAC and Middle East. Your key mission is to help employees become well-rounded, help managers become better coaches and to prepare the workforce for the future.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Lead all training and development programmes for the region
- Identify, define and implement assessment and development tools
- Set up mentoring and coaching programmes
- Build a feedback culture
- Ensure that all individual training plans are implemented
- Identify and implement diversity and inclusion aware programmes
We are looking for :
- 10 to 15 years of experience in HR and management focussed experience with foucs on learning and talent development
- possesses excellent communication, stakeholder management and implementation skills
- strong self starter
