Job Description
A European Financial Services Company is looking to hire a Regional HR Operations and HRIS Lead to be based in their Hong Kong Office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset to have the chance to drive the firm's HR Operations and HRIS function.
Requirements:
- 10+ years' relevant experience in HR Operations and HRIS. Open to any industry background.
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organisational needs and goals in Asia region
- Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, security structure and Processes within HRIS landscape
- Experienced in HR Analytics and Reporting
- Preferred to possess knowledge and experience in SuccessFactors and/or different HR system/solutions
- Comprehension of controlling processes and budget planning
- Comprehension of procurement processes in selecting HR system/solutions for organisations
- Good communication skills with regional/country leadership and employees
- Fluency in English. Fluency in another language will be advantageous but not necessary
