Job Description

Our client is a global innovation and technology leader seeking a versatile Regional Digital Marketing Manager who will be driving the growth of their inbound sales channels through marketing efforts.

You will develop strategies and tactics to boost brand awareness and drive customer traffic. You will be responsible for deploying successful marketing campaigns and overseeing marketing materials from development to execution. You will also experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis. You will build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

In addition, you will prepare and monitor the marketing budget. You will measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights to targeted markets/customer profiles. You will analyse consumer behaviours and develop customized advertising campaigns accordingly. You will liaise with Corporate Marketing and Business Marketing teams on campaigns, branding and other initiatives.

You must have domain knowledge in healthcare and existing network with medical bodies/health authorities across Asia Pacific, Europe and/or Middle East is highly preferred. You have a BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field.

Ideally, you have minimum 5 years demonstrated regional marketing experience in identifying target audiences and leading channels marketing campaigns with solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). You have experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. You also keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and evaluation of campaign effectiveness.

You have a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copywriting. You are analytical and comfortable working with numbers using MS Excel. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
