This is a rare opportunity to join a strongly backed digital start-up by a global brand and a top local organisation, headquartered in Singapore. They're looking for a high potential Talent Acquisition Lead to take Recruitment to the next level on their high growth journey.
- Define, plan and lead talent acquisition and recruitment strategy
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Articulate company culture and values throughout the recruiting process
- Advise internal stakeholders on job design, job descriptions, interview guides, compensation
- Define, measure and track venture's recruitment metrics / KPIs
- Develop collaborative relationships with employers and employees within the same industry to identify potential talent
- Build and coach an internal recruiting team to increase the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategy, streamline processes and identify areas for improvement
- Constantly improve and seek approaches to improve applicant experience throughout the application process
- 5+ years of experience in corporate and/or search firm recruitment, with a focus on hiring technology talent and executives
- Managerial experience, leading a sizeable team
- Startup and corporate experience, ideally in Tech or Digital
- Experienced in building and utilizing a variety of recruiting tools and channels
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Strong ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
