Job Description


  • Be close to local business and align the local territory (country cluster) business needs with the global and regional POD strategy, and securing effective execution through HRBPs and third party


  • The POD Leader will be a senior member of the Regional HR team and is expected to work with the Regional HR Head and business leadership team to support the implementation of business strategy using the expertise that the POD function delivers
  • Work with the global POD to develop the Regional POD agenda - contributing local insight and context
  • Provide consultancy and expert input to HRBP's, business leaders and line Work closely with HRBP´s and internal clients to close performance gaps and create new capabilities through effectively leveraging POD practices
  • Support the implementation of globally aligned people processes and platforms Work closely with the global POD team to ensure consistency and continuous improvement of POD policies, platforms, practices and standards Evaluate results after implementation using specific functional KPI´s Ensure an excellent level of service and conformity with global standards when managing third parties
  • Lead Leadership learning & development interventions through the region, working with multiple global and regional vendors and delivered by influencing regional HR managers
  • Specific interventions for the country cluster would be in the areas of Talent Development, Leadership Development, Organization effectiveness and change, Culture and transformation


  • 10-12 years of experience in a HR related field, at least 5-8 years previous experience in HR consultancy, HR senior management or as an HR expert required
  • Track record of delivering POD interventions, or business partnering with focus on talent development, succession planning and Organization Development interventions
  • Familiar with leading edge trends in People Development area; bringing in new thinking into HR
  • Proven understanding of business management and strategy
  • Experience in a multinational / international environment is needed
  • Some years of project management experience will be beneficial
