People Operations Lead

This is a hugely exciting role for a strong team manager in the People Operations space to lead the area forward for one of the highest growth technology companies globally. It's an opportunity to have genuine impact on how HR works and continues to be a key player in the business' growth and scale.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading the HR Operations team including compensation & benefits, HR Information Systems and day to day HR Operations on a global scale
  • Guiding the business and your team on continual innovation and transformation, constantly exploring how the HR function can further develop to support and sustain the business' significant growth
  • Leading globally and making judgement calls as to when the local teams will then step up. This is a strategic role where you'll be constantly searching for improvements in the way the model operates and prioritising changes accordingly

Key requirements:

  • Agility - the mindset to continually challenge the model in place, how things can be improved and continue to develop in an ambigious environment
  • Experience gained in a HRBP role as well as HR operations, with the skills to effectively partner with stakeholders and bring them on a journey
  • Experience managing a broad HR Operations team with in depth knowledge around Reward/C&B, HRIS and HR Services
  • Expertise gained on a regional or global scale with the ability to take endless opportunities and prioritise initiatives which will have the quickest wins and biggest impacts first
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver individually and through your team
