Job Description

Our client, a pioneer in community-based health and social care services to transform and enhance quality of life of people, is seeking for a dynamic and committed Medical Director to be part of leadership team to take the organization to the next level of Clinical Excellence.

Reporting to the Chief Clinical Affairs, you will be responsible for the management and governance of Clinical Quality, Patient Safety and Clinical Risk in all the clinical services. You will also assist in achieving the organization's advocacy targets in health and social care system development and other strategic objectives. You will supervise and facilitate the lead clinicians and doctors in achieving the organization's objectives as well as collaborate with Directors of the organization's initiatives to achieve the Clinical Excellence.

Ideally, you come with at least 10 years of clinical experience in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Psychiatry, Rehabilitation Medicine or Palliative Medicine either in a hospital, a community hospital, a primary care clinic or other geriatric medical service. Fully registered Medical Doctor with the Singapore Medical Council preferred. Experience in health and psychosocial care service development and quality management in a community-based aged-care or health care setting preferred. As a Clinician Leader, you are knowledgeable in the 'Theory of Change", the models and operations of all clinical programmes in the organization.

You possess strong leadership and organizational skills in managing senior clinicians of various disciplines to achieve strategic objectives.
