Job Description

Job Purpose:
* Define and drive the integrated media strategy aligning with communication goals to answer brand/business objectives.

* Define the role of media along the Consumer Decision Journey for each product category
* To continue test & learn the best levers of prospect/ client engagement to meet the brand/ business ambitions

* Collaborate with business teams and be a trusted partner to achieve the communication objectives together with O/E + Creative teams
* Key contributor to POE integrations

* On top of the evolving media trends and define the strategic initiatives for the house
* Test and learn new approaches to enhance media efficiency

Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications/Work Experience
* Experience required: 15+ years Media planning experience (client/agency side inclusive)
* Strong understanding and solid experience in 360 touchpoints/ offline & online media strategic planning in the context of P/O/E integration
* Mainland China working experience is a must
* Good communication skills, in spoken and written Chinese and English language
* Good people and agency management skills
* Luxury brand with strong media strategic planning background is preferred
