Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Define and drive the integrated media strategy aligning with communication goals to answer brand/business objectives.
CONSUMERS
- Define the role of media along the consumer decision journey for each product category
- To continue test & learn the best levers of prospect/ client engagement to meet the brand/business ambitions
INTERNAL TEAMS
- Collaborate with business teams and be a trusted partner to achieve the communication objectives together with O/E + creative teams
- Key contributor to POE integrations
MEDIA MARKET
- On top of the evolving media trends and define the strategic initiatives for the house
- Test and learn new approaches to enhance media efficiency
Person Specifications:
Academic / Professional Qualifications/Work Experience
- Experience required: 15+ years media planning experience (client/agency side inclusive)
- Strong understanding and solid experience in 360 touchpoints/offline & online media strategic planning in the context of P/O/E integration
- Mainland China working experience is a must
- Good communication skills, in spoken and written Chinese and English language
- Good people and agency management skills
- Luxury brand with strong media strategic planning background is preferred
