Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Define and drive the integrated media strategy aligning with communication goals to answer brand/business objectives.


  • Define the role of media along the consumer decision journey for each product category
  • To continue test & learn the best levers of prospect/ client engagement to meet the brand/business ambitions


  • Collaborate with business teams and be a trusted partner to achieve the communication objectives together with O/E + creative teams
  • Key contributor to POE integrations


  • On top of the evolving media trends and define the strategic initiatives for the house
  • Test and learn new approaches to enhance media efficiency


Person Specifications:

Academic / Professional Qualifications/Work Experience

  • Experience required: 15+ years media planning experience (client/agency side inclusive)
  • Strong understanding and solid experience in 360 touchpoints/offline & online media strategic planning in the context of P/O/E integration
  • Mainland China working experience is a must
  • Good communication skills, in spoken and written Chinese and English language
  • Good people and agency management skills
  • Luxury brand with strong media strategic planning background is preferred
