Job Description

Our client is a global medical device company seeking a Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific to grow products and expand market share by ensuring clear brand positioning and favourable physician perception which lead to preferred treatment.

Reporting to Associate Director of Marketing Asia Pacific, you will develop brand strategy, market positioning and differentiation strategies to build strong brand equity in the APAC market. You will develop and implement product and segment end-to-end strategy as APAC lead and guide the country market for successful adoption of products in target segments.

You will support the global team's upstream projects by providing APAC inputs and leading pilots and limited release in collaboration with multiple stakeholders including global marketing, R&D, clinical, IT, etc. You will train and guide APAC markets on product positioning and messaging, functionality, clinical applications, targeting, and support markets to develop local execution programs.

You develop and monitor product performance data analytics and trend of APAC markets and recommendations for further adoption and growth. You also generate market insights on industry trend, product and customer unmet needs, and competition by running pilots, limited releases, and researches.

You will work closely with APAC KOLs and advocates to drive target products and customer segment growth. You represent APAC global marketing, R&D, and other key global functions on global projects and meetings to ensure APAC needs are addressed in product and services development.

Ideally, you have more than 12 years of work experiences including more than 6 years of strong product management and/or strategic marketing experience of medical devices portfolio in the healthcare industry. At least 3 years of regional marketing management is a must. Experience working in a cross-functional, multi-cultural, dynamic organization setting. You possess a BA degree with medical or healthcare major and MBA is plus

You have strong commercialization skills - downstream, product launch/product management. You have strategic planning & analytical thinking skills. You are a team player who cultivates a collaborative work environment. You can effectively communicate to work with multiple stakeholders in a strong matrix structure.

The role can be based anywhere in APAC. Able to travel extensively abroad.
