Job Scope and Responsibilities 工作内容
 

  • Serve as the strategic partner to identify the issue, provide insight and solutions for the company. Aid in strategic decisions making by leveraging market intelligence and derive them into actionable marketing plans for both on-line and off-line. 作为战略合作伙伴,为公司找出问题并提供见解和解决方案。利用市场情报辅助战略决策,并将其转化为可行的线上及线下营销计划。
     
  • Work with Medical Operations, OHS Operations to develop and implement marketing strategies, portfolio development plans and positioning and messaging plans. Assist Medical Operations, OHS Operations to achieve sales targets.与医疗运营团队,OHS 运营团队和市场部下属合作,制定并实施营销策略,产品组合开发计划,以及市场定位和消息传递计划。协助医疗运营团队和 OHS 运营团队达 成销售目标。
     
  • Develop and implement sufficient digital marketing plans to gain market share. Maintain and update all kinds of digital marketing platforms e.g. App, WeChat, Weibo, website, video, brochure and etc. 制定并实施有效的数字营销计划以获得市场份额;维护和更新各类数字营销平台, 例如 App、微信公众号、官方微博、视频、电子宣传册等。
     
  • Initiate and lead off-line activities to promote China brand, including but not limited to new clinics' grand opening, charity programs, event sponsorship and etc. 发起并领导线下活动以推广中国品牌,包括但不限于新诊所的盛大开业, 公益活动,赞助等。
     
  • Actively monitor the execution of the strategy and identifies when there is a need to change or adjust plans. Ensure the final output is highly in line with original goal 积极监测营销策略的执行情况,并确定何时需要更改或调整计划。确保最终输出与 原始目标高度一致。
     
  • Work closely with internal and external professionals to identify diverse customer drivers, market opportunities and competitive challenges; work with analytical team to prepare competitive market analyses and strategic options 与内部和外部专业人员密切合作,以发现各种客户驱动因素\市场机会和竞争挑战; 与分析团队合作准备竞争性市场分析和战略选择

Education Requirements 知识和教育水平

Bachelor degree or above.

Required Level of Experiences 所需的工作经验

  • More than 5 years related working experiences in healthcare industry 5 年以上医疗健康行业的相关经验
     
  • Good knowledge of marketing concepts with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 具有良好的营销概念知识,并具有出色的口头和书面交流能力。
