- Ensure the smooth, effective operation of the department
- Develop and maintain integrated business plan for the department.
- Manage and lead different projects to improve the operational efficiency within the department.
- Attend client meetings, presentations and other sales and client retention activities.
The ideal candidate will have native fluency in English with at least around 8 years of relevant experience along with managerial / supervisory experience. Product knowledge in Securities Lending / FX is a must.
