Job Description
Our client is an American Fortune 100 corporation which is the world's largest construction equipment manufacturer. They are seeking an experienced C&B Manager to support 2,000 employees in Singapore and Indonesia, reporitng into the C&B Lead for APAC.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
*Lead a Compensation and Benefits team to manage the full Compensation and Benefits Review process (Salary bench marking and planning exercises, Benefits review, salary adjustments, merit review exercises, bonus plan design) for one or more countries in Asia Pacific to ensure company competitiveness in the market
*Monitor and analyze remuneration and related trends in key markets and develop appropriate response strategies to support business divisions
*Assume full ownership of all C&B related communication and training for one or more countries
*Partner global and regional C&B teams to undertake cross border/global projects
Required Qualifications:
*Possess a university degree with at least 8 years of experience in a regional Compensation & Benefits role
*Strong analytical mind and excellent statistical skills with in-depth compensation knowledge
*Understanding of labour regulations in Asia Pacific
*Results-driven and technically competent with strong analytical and numerical ability
*Highly consultative and business focused, able to establish collaborative working relationships across multiple functions and levels
*Able to work at strategic level as well as being hands-on and operational in execution
Competencies Required:
*Stakeholders management, change management, communication skills
*Analytical, able to use facts and data to make recommendations with stakeholders and decision making
