Our client is a well-regarded international conglomerate with an unparalleled global reputation. This role represents an outstanding opportunity for a senior, strategic Leadership Development professional to join a top-tier organisation and be part of its growth around the region.
Reporting directly to Group Head of Leadership Development, you will be part of the key Group Leadership Development team and be responsible for driving the leadership development agenda in Hong Kong by analysing, designing and developing best in class developmental programmes and effective assessment tools across Hong Kong operations to ensure that a robust talent management process is in place. You will need to liaise extensively with the business to understand their needs and deliver innovative and practical solutions, leveraging off global initiatives and liaising across divisions within the region. You will also be required to liaise extensively with third party vendors to coordinate the dissemination of information to employees and carry out delivery and facilitation work.
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a consistent strong track record of experience within the Talent / Leadership Development space in large multinational organisations, in-house or consultancies. You will have detailed knowledge of and experience with training needs assessment, programme design and development, and vendor management from working in the Asia Pacific region. You have strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills. Above all you must have strong influencing and relationship building skills, with a proactive, hands-on, forward thinking and consultative approach and the gravitas and confidence to work within a fast moving environment. Fluency in English is essential.
