Job Description
Reporting to the Team Lead of Operations, this role will be working in the Singapore team, with a focus on servicing Japanese-speaking clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients
- Provide technical support and access administration
- Assist clients on funding and transfers
- Provide assistance on trading platform and product-related queries
- Client reporting and client data maintenance
Key requirements include:
- Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 1-2 years' client service experience within Financial Services industry
- Native Japanese proficiency or JLPT N1 and fluent English is a must
- Strong communication skills with a passion to provide excellent client service
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow guidelines and ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures
- Good understanding of various Capital Markets products is advantageous
