Our client is a global asset management firm with investments around the world. This is an exciting role for a seasoned, yet hands-on Technology Project Manager to work in-house on global front to back projects.
Based out of Singapore, the successful candidate is responsible for planning, executing, and finalising projects delivery according to strict deadlines and within budget in a fast paced ever evolving environment. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of the business, technology team members, third-party contractors or on-site consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. This is an end-to-end role where you will be responsible for managing senior stakeholders on behalf of Technology team, defining objectives, and getting down to the execution and delivery of project milestones throughout the life cycle.
We are seeking for experienced candidates with at least 7 to 12 years of experience as an IT Project Director/ Manager with another tier 1 financial institution or a technology consulting firm. You should come with a proven strong track record in managing and leading medium to large complex corporate/ core banking projects, thrive in a multiple vendor environment, and possess hands-on experience in managing large onsite third parties delivery teams. Prior experience in delivering large scale projects on behalf of technology teams with excellent communication skills are critical to being successful in the role.
