Job Description

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking an HR Manager responsible for the HR function in Singapore including operational activities and projects across recruitment, performance management and compensation. They will have at least 7 years' experience working in a similar role in a professional services firm with at least 2 years at a management level.


  • HR Advisory: act as a senior business advisor and sounding board for Partners and BS leaders with regard to all people related concerns as well as policy
  • Team Leadership: provide day-to-day guidance and leadership to the HR team of 3
  • Resourcing: manage legal and non-legal resourcing as well as the Graduate Recruitment Program, secondements and induction for new joiners
  • Performance Management and Development: drive and oversee annual and mid-year appraisal processes and manage soft skills training
  • Compensation and Benefits: oversee payroll, drive annual salary review and maintain salary benchmarking to ensure that the Singapore office remains competitive within the local market
  • Projects/Change Management: implement global and regional HR initiatives
  • Operational and Regulatory Compliance: ensure HR-related compliance is maintained
